Quick facts:
Writing Mastery is a revolutionary software program that helps students improve their writing skills through a research-based, multi-sensory approach and the integration of AI-driven feedback.
Students begin by taking an initial writing assessment and based on their performance, are placed at one of four levels: sentence structure, simple paragraphs, extended paragraphs, or five-paragraph essays.
At their level, students are taught how to write effectively and are shown models of well-written examples before writing their own pieces.
After students submit each writing piece, they are given a score and direct feedback on areas where they did well and areas that need further improvement.
In a traditional classroom, teachers may spend hours grading students’ writing and providing feedback, often integrating their subjective views. Writing Mastery changes that by making the scoring of writing objective rather than subjective and giving students concrete feedback that they can use to improve their writing going forward.
